Lead: “Tampa Utilities Leaders have alerted about the maximum water level usage during dry hot summer, August 12th, at City of Tampa. The need for watering increases the amount of energy consumed for water treatment which impact the environment”.
The next step is to create an outlines which will help to give a clear direction to the news story. Also, to structure the story we have choosing the inverted pyramid format base on the notes taken on the subject.
Now build up the news story outline.
